This blended yarn uses breathable, ELK environmentally-preferred fibres such as TENCEL™ Lyocell and Naia™ cellulosic fibre, mixed with metallic fibres to create a glittery finish.
TENCEL™ Lyocell is a man-made cellulosic fibre (MMCF), derived from wood pulp sourced from sustainably managed forests. It has a silk-like feel, fluid drape and comfortable breathability.
TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres are made using an environmentally responsible, closed loop production process, which transforms wood pulp into cellulosic fibres using high resource efficiency and low environmental impact compared to conventional methods of production. The spinning process recycles process water and reuses the solvent at a recovery rate of 99.8%.
Naia™ cellulosic fibre is responsibly sourced from sustainably managed forests and produced in a closed-loop process in the United States. We choose to use this fibre because of Naia`s™ approach to sustainably managed resources; high safety, social, and environmental standards; and a low environmental impact compared to conventional cellulosic fibres.

This knit was made by Cool Partners International who we have been working with since 2016. It was manufactured in their Colt Rise production facility. Knitwear production is highly specialised and Cool Partners are actively working with us to source more sustainable yarns from progressive yarn mills such as UPW and Novetex.
The factory is a member of Sedex and undergoes regular social compliance audits. They have also been partaking in ELK's Sustainability Action Plan program since early 2024, a collaborative initiative that focuses on advancing the factory's environmental and social practices.
Size and Fit
The Rik Knit Top is a regular fit through the bust, flowing into a flared A-line shape hem which offers ease of movement. It is a standard length in the body.
The key fit point for this top is the bust measurement.
